Karen and her husband Jim both grew up in London and have one daughter. In addition to relishing time with family, Karen enjoys reading, cooking and working out.

Since joining IG Wealth Management in 2022, Theresa Sadler, Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC), has brought a strong relationship‑focused approach to her role as an Associate Consultant. With a background in leadership within the retail industry, she is committed to understanding client needs and supporting the delivery of personalized, goal‑based financial planning.
Theresa is committed to helping individuals and families plan for financial success now and for the future. She believes that education and awareness are essential, and strives to help clients understand what they may not know when making financial decisions. Through a collaborative and thoughtful approach, she supports clients in feeling informed, confident, and engaged in their financial planning journey.
Originally from Waterloo, Theresa now resides in St. Thomas with her husband Paul and their three children. She is actively involved in the St. Thomas community, where family life includes baseball, gymnastics, and music.
Kassandra Husson
Kassandra (Kassie) brings a strong blend of administrative expertise, organization, and client-focused service to her role. She is dedicated to creating smooth, positive experiences for clients and colleagues alike. Her ability to balance detail‑oriented work with big‑picture awareness allows her to support her team and clients effectively while fostering strong relationships.
Outside of the office, Kassie is a passionate equestrian who enjoys spending time at the barn and continually developing her skills in the saddle. She also loves to unwind with a good book or a new crochet project. Warm, reliable, and committed to excellence, she brings both heart and skill to everything she does.
